Together we negotiate achievable goals and a strategy for implementation. Designed around your personal constitution and health aspirations.
PHASE III:
PUTTING THE PLAN INTO ACTION
The exciting bit
You begin to put into action dietary and lifestyle advice. Change can sometimes be a bit daunting but you will be bolstered with support and encouragement. It's not unusual at this stage to be pleasantly surprised at how much you can achieve, and how quickly the benefits may be felt.

REVIEW AND MOVING FORWARD
Where next?
The dietary and lifestyle changes are reviewed and adapted if necessary. It’s about getting the balance right for you. Ongoing support is available and valuable to keep you on track.
